Recommends and participates in the formation of new policies and makes decisions within existing policies as they have been approved by the ASCPA Board of Directors.  Plans, organizes and directs staff, programs and activities of the Society.  Liaison to the AICPA, Alabama State Board of Public Accountancy and other professional organizations.  Involved with the ALA/CPA/PAC, the ASCPA Educational Foundation and the Federal Tax Clinic. Manages and achieves economical, productive performance, and constructive growth of the Society.
