2009 Legislators Tax Guide

The Tax Guide is a public service for legislators and creates a link between the ASCPA and the state’s lawmakers. Copies will be given directly to the legislators at the Alabama Statehouse on February 10 at an informal meet and greet. This year’s cover is a 1950’s photo of Montgomery’s Dexter Avenue leading to the Capitol. The image is from the photo collection of the Department of History and Archives, and shows the traffic circle at the Court Square fountain which was recently restored. On the inside is all the information to prepare a correct return for your legislator client. The updates are courtesy of Mobile sole proprietor Kevin “Kee” Ruland, who undertakes the task as a volunteer service each year.
